An SPV where the consortium partners will become shareholders based on their product/investment contribution, with sweat equity (includes our friends in respective countries), for marketing and distribution of world class pharmaceutical products and equipment in Africa, by tapping into government and private sector pharma requirements.
Access various distributors and suppliers and tie up with them. Procure as many government orders and also tie up with hospitals.
Eventually establish a manufacturing base in one or more African countries.
